As Chief Executive Officer of Terracotta Construction Group, Eleise Medina is responsible for the leadership, strategy, and operational excellence behind the company. Her focus is simple: build a construction company that clients can trust—not only for quality workmanship, but for exceptional communication, organization, and reliability from the first conversation through project completion.
Before entering the construction industry, Eleise spent nearly two decades in educational leadership, serving in a variety of administrative roles where she led teams, managed complex operations, developed organizational initiatives, and implemented systems designed to improve performance. Throughout her career, she became known for bringing structure to complex challenges, building strong teams, and creating processes that delivered consistent, measurable results.
Those experiences laid the foundation for The Medina Method™, a consulting practice specializing in organizational systems, operational improvement, and leadership development. The same principles that have helped organizations operate more effectively now serve as the operational framework for Terracotta Construction Group—ensuring every project is supported by thoughtful planning, clear communication, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
